How can I invite families to share food photos with me?

As a feature of your subscription, you can quickly invite families to share everything their children eat and/or drink along with Tiny in the app.

Simply go to your Manage Account tab and select 'Patients'.

There you will be able to enter the name & e-mail address of every parent to whom you would like to send an invitation to share their child’s intake records.

The system then sends them an email so they can activate free data sharing once they start using the Taste With Tiny app.

Within this invitation section, you can also view status to check which families have activated data-sharing with your PRO Taste account. If your invitation is still pending, you can either remove the family from your group's subscription list or resend the invitation in follow-up.

How will we keep track of how many family invitations our group sends out?

The person who initially purchases the PRO Taste account for your group will be the account administrator. Within his/her account view, there is a tab entitled Patients and it includes both his/her own patient invitations as well as the whole group's list.

Account administrator can check usage and adjust the Subscription level as needed.

Once your group does reach the upper-limit of the selected subscription plan, whenever a team member attempts to send out another new invitation they will receive a notification that the clinic is at its account capacity and the administrator can be notified of the need to increase subscription level and/or you can delete any old pending invitations to make room for new family invitations to be sent out.

Is this a secure site that protects children's privacy?

Yes, all dietary intake and other information is stored on a secured server.

Your own and your clients' privacy is our highest priority, and we will never share any individually identifiable information with any third-parties. Furthermore, your group's account information remains private within the administrator's login/access only. 

No third-party ads are present in the app or in PRO Taste, so we can ensure that no extra personal information is collected aside from our standard product usage data collection which is explained in our privacy policy at www.tastewithtiny.com/privacy

What about HIPAA in the healthcare setting?

HIPAA limits the type of patient health information that can be shared by healthcare providers about their patients.

PRO Taste will never ask you to input any specific patient health information.

The only information about a family that you will ever enter into PRO Taste is the name and email address of the child's parent/guardian (with their consent of course) so that the system can send them an invitation to share their child's eating information with your clinic.

Little Turtle will be glad to complete a Business Associates Contract with your clinic to support your HIPAA compliance goals.

The food photos look quite small - can I zoom in to see the food better?

On the main page the food photos are small so that you can easily get a sense of the entire day's food/beverage intake.

However, when you hover over any photo a pop-up box will appear with an enlarged version of the photo for your convenience.

Also, if you hover over meals/snacks that were "TRIED" the pop-up box includes both Before & After photos of the meal so that you can see exactly how much was eaten.

There you will also be able to read any full-length comments that a parent has written to share any special circumstances or intake factors with you.

How long does a child’s diet history information remain online?

All information remains active and available for as long as the subscription is kept current. After ending their PRO Taste connectivity, the information will be retained online so that you can reactivate the account if you would like to resume its use. There is also an option to save diet history information onto your computer, which is recommended if you would like to permanently retain access to all of the intake data.

How can we change our Subscription level and may we change it mid-month?

You may change your group's subscription level at any time in the Subscriptions section within your Administrator's "Manage Account" tab. 

Feel free to adjust your allottment of family invitations up or down as you need.

You will just be directed to PayPal at that time to confirm the adjustment to the amount on your new monthly billing cycle.
